TrustedNotaryGuide provides professional notarial services in accordance with Swiss law. Once a mandate is confirmed, services are considered legally binding obligations of the notary.
Clients may withdraw from services before preparation work has commenced.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@trustednotaryguide.com or by phone at +41 52 229 71 79.
Once drafting or notarial preparation has begun, full fees or partial fees may still apply.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the service:
If no work has begun: full refund of prepayments.
If partial work has been performed: deduction of proportional fees for time and resources already invested.
If the notarization has been completed or documents issued: no refund is possible due to legal obligations.
Official fees (e.g., registry charges, translation costs, courier services) are non-refundable once incurred.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur an administrative charge.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
TrustedNotaryGuide is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters.
